Privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the law 196/2003
Personal Data Protection Code In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we provide you with the following information:

1- Personal data supplied by you or acquired from you within the scope of our activities will be processed in accordance with principles of correctness, legality, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.

2- Treatment of personal data will apply to your contractual obligations or deriving from a related position by the person concerned, especially in regards to the telematic sending of additional commercial information and advertising material on new products by the owners of this site, and also future invoices

3- The data may be processed through electronic means that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

4- Supplying data is mandatory. Failure in part or in whole to supply your personal data or authorisation to process the same could lead to failure or partial performance of the contract and the inability to supply the services requested.

5- The data can be communicated to  certain people exclusively for the purposes indicated above. Other persons may have access to the data such as persons in charge of the treatment of the data or those whose responsibility is to manage and maintain the site.  The personal data will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

6- Any optional, explicit and voluntary email sent to addresses indicated on this site automatically enables the attainment of the senders address and other data included in the mail which is necessary to answer such mail.

7- You can contact the holder of the personal information to exert your rights as stipulated under article 13 of legislation no. 196/03, reproduced in its entirety hereunder for your convenience:

Art. 7 Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights

1-Interested parties have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or absence of personal data that concern them, even if these are not yet registered, and to receive intelligible notice of such.

2- Interested parties have the right to be informed of:

a) the origin of the personal data;

b) processing purposes and procedures;

c) the logic applied if processed using electronic devices;

d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative appointed under Article 5, Paragraph 2;

e) the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom personal data could be communicated or that can come to know it as representative appointed on the Italian territory, as managers or data processor.

3- Interested parties have the right to obtain a) updating, rectification or, where applicable, any integration of the data;

b) deletion, anonymisation, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data that does not need to be retained for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the parties to whom the data has been transferred or disseminated have been notified of the operations specified in points a) and b), also regarding their content, with the exception of the case where notification is deemed impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected.

4- Interested parties have the right to fully or partially oppose:

a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of his personal data even though they might be pertinent to the purpose of their collection;
b) the processing of his personal data for the sending of advertising material or direct sales or for commercial communication
